terrible customer service, I bought many things, including a mouse toy for my son and it didnt have a tire, my son opened it in front of the cashier and realized that it was broken, even though it was in front of her, she sent me to the end of a line of about 10 people, to wait to return my money or change the toy, I with many bags in my hands and so I had to wait in line carrying all the purchases, that was very outrageous for me as a customer Ross.
Pretty decent selection of clothes. Home selection isn’t so great. Very few cashiers...two at the most. Overall just a mehhhh experience, nothing great.
All ways find good deals. Shoe prices are great. The check out cashiers and the door greater are always so friendly.
Ross, it's better to keep your store closed on a Saturday if you don't get a professional cashier, much better than insulting your customers at cash counter. Worst staff behavior at checkout. I cannot forget how badly I was treated by cashier named Natalia, she has no atiquets and having very rude behavior. I felt like I paid for things but got treated as beggers. Will never visit this store again.
