My original purchase for my wedding band was very pleasant here, but within a year the tungsten ring had cracked. No problem there, just take it in to get it replaced or repaired under the extended warranty I purchased. I was told I would have to give my old ring back and pay for another warranty. I think it is unfair to charge someone again for a warranty already purchased - that just encourages a company to make crappy products so consumers have to repurchase warranties. In addition, my old ring had sentimental value as I wore it during our wedding. I decided to keep my old ring and NEVER shop at Zales again. YMMV.

Today my partner and I stopped into your location to have our engagement rings sized and look for my wedding band. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with a warm greeting by the lady behind the front desk but, she was busy helping another customer who was looking at earnings. Rodger, quickly came to our assistance. He was quite knowledgeable about the products that he introduced us to and gave us many new ideas.
Decent selection, but it is an outlet store. Prices are great, so it might be a good place to start to see if you can find something that works for you. Rarely busy and good parking.
Unfortunately, a poor experience with another customer who was rude and impatient caused us to be too upset to continue shopping. She wanted Rodger to stop helping us so she could "make a payment". This quickly lead me to respond to her verbal attack towards Rodger. She was rude to him but also towards my partner and our commitment plans to one another. After a few snide comments from the lady and whom I assume was her mother. I finally had enough and proceeded to tell her "Excuse me but, We are looking for our wedding band and you are being rude." witch eventually lead me to tell her "you need to shut your mouth!!" For that I do deeply apologize for making a small scene in the store. After that the lady proceeded to keep her mouth shut.
