I took my dog to Banfield to get a teeth cleaning and mole removal done that required anesthesia and the vet told me she heard a heart murmur and wanted to take an x-ray. After having my pet there all day long and not receiving a call back after confirming to do the xray, I decided to just go in as it was 6 p.m. at the time and I had brought him in at 7:30 a.m. As I am standing in line, she proceeds to call me to tell me the results and I let her know I am there so that we can go over the xrays. I then wait another 30 minutes and we take a look at the xrays in which she tells me that he either has heart worms or some kind of lung disease and that she needs to send the xrays to a radiologist to take a closer look as there are no heart worms detected on the xray. She informs me that if a heart worm does not show up, that we need to do an ultra sound as you will be able to see inside of the heart to which I then wonder, why waste the time to send this to a radiologist when we could have done an ultra sound in the first place? She apologizes to me multiple times that she cannot do the teeth cleaning/mole removal which at this point, is not my concern, and tells me she will give me a call back hopefully tonight if not tomorrow. It has now been A WEEK and I have still not heard any response. I called 3 times the next day in which the front desk said she would call me back on all three occasions. I then called back yesterday, they proceeded to put me on hold as they were with a customer, in which I get hung up on. I then called back to find out that they have forwarded the phone for the day. Now, this Banfield definitely seems to be a busy one which I can understand, but what I cannot understand is bad customer service from not only the front office people but the VET who is telling me that my pet has all of these potential issues. I do have to say that the two ladies that worked at the front when I was there were very kind and apologetic about the wait but also seemed to have an underlying frustration. There are so many things that I do not know about being a vet and working at this specific Pet Smart so I imagine that there are a lot of aspects that occurred for this to happen, but it shouldn't have. If there are too many appointments and not enough staff, then fix the problem. If there is not good customer service, then fix the problem. My pets life is important to me and I want to bring awareness to this situation so that this does not happen to other people.

I live less than 1/2 mile from another PetSmart location but drive out of my way to come to the Brodie location specifically for the grooming department. After a few not so great grooming experiences, I booked my first appointment with Casey. I have a VERY energetic 2 year old standard schnauzer that Casey does a wonderful job grooming. I am one of those obsessive dog owners...but I feel completely comfortable leaving my little guy at this location for a few hours to get groomed. Casey is always honest to me about how the grooming went, and incredibly kind do my little guy. There is absolutely no place else I would take my dog. Thank you guys for having such incredible employees!

Wide variety of pet food and products. Employees are knowledgeable snd can give good advice.

The Employees were very helpful! Had a variety of reptiles, scorpions, spiders etc. Even had a $600 parrot! It was beautiful

Groomers are friendly and great with the dogs. Quick service
